'I Love You (But You're Boring)' is on streaming platforms for the first time, plus HOT NEW MERCH and all the latest messages from your friends in Los Campesinos!
On the topic of a lyrical deep dive: I would like to suggest 'Too Many Flesh Suppers' I personally don't know if this song is of that great interest to other Los Campesinos! Fans Since it was only on the remastered version of R.I.B. So me reccomanding it is rather selfish, and self-indulgent. But, what else is the comment section for?
I've always believed it too the perfect combination the deeper part of your register with a very 'Los Campesinos!' I really love the allegories used in the opening verse are beautiful. It also has my favorite violin work of any LC! Song. To who ever read all this:
I hope you have a good day, unless you're a racist. Then I hope you become a better person. All my love, Creed
The cover is fantastic I already added it to my playlists and told my friends <3 Love you guys so much and I’d like to suggest “The black bird, the dark slope” for the lyrical deep-dive. It’s one of my favourites along with “To tundra” so honestly any one of those two would be great! Looking forward to the next newsletter
The cover is absolutely AMAZING!! Happened to be online right when it released and listened to it all night.
I also recently went through my first breakup, and Coda: A Burn Scar In The Shape Of The Sooner State has been my rock. I'd love to read the Genius Lyrics for that one!!
im so excited for no blues’ ten years and repressing! it’s my favorite album and for the lyric deep dive the black bird the dark slope or selling rope would be amazing
BROOO don't even get me started on the terrible genius lyric explanations. they drive me up the wall. on to the boneyard, some asshat wrote "Verse 3 supports the idea of the song being about a house that belonged to a tight knit family, but is now left derelict or is occupied by a new family" ON VERSE ONE. And on top of that, it's a boring ass explanation and means literally fucking nothing. because YES, you absolute nut WE FUCKING KNEW THAT ALREADY. WE CAN READ TOO.
anyways :) plz do to the boneyard for your lyric breakdown <33 lots of love to you all glad to hear you're still alive
such a lovely feeling, a band from my hometown, consequencely famous and known to just about everyone here being covered by the one and only los campesinos!
a wonderful way to bond with my family over music
to tundra would be a gorgeous deep dive.
lots of love to our only emo band and its wonderful members
To Tundra or Avacado Baby for the lyrical deep dive please! glad to know you're all alive
Long time listener, first time commenter. I vote for a 'What Death Leaves Behind' lyric deep dive!

The cover is amazing and I haven't heard about TBS before so I'm definitely gonna check them out!
About the lyrical deep dive, I would love if you could go over, In Medias Res? It's my all time favorite song :>
Also, what is the series of Documented Minor Emotional Breakdown and which one is the third one??
I would like to see Gareth explain the time before the last time please…

The cover is great! I'd love a lyrical deep dive on too many flesh suppers or to tundra
Would you guys ever be able to do a vinyl EP of Whole Damn Body? It would quite frankly be orgasmic.
incredible
Hey Gareth, would you guys ever do something like Us Vs Them ever again?
