We’re really pleased with the run of shows we’ve managed to put together for this trip, sneaking back into the States before our visas expire in the middle of June. We’re hitting the South, West and East all in the space of a week, bringing All Hell to America for the first time since its release, along with your fan favourites and deep cuts. Come see the King of Bands at the height of their powers!
🎨 Last Chance Art Prints!

We’ve got a few dozen posters and other small bits leftover from recent and slightly less recent shows. These will be posted out by G direct from LC!HQ, so if you fancy a signature on yours, just add that to the Notes at checkout. UK/Ireland shipping only for these I’m afraid. Includes the remainder of those limited edition Troxy pins (just 500 made).
📈 In The Black Stuff: A Financial Breakdown of Our Recent Dublin Show
February’s trip to Dublin was our first show outside of the UK, USA or Canada since 2014. I know a lot of fans are often disappointed that we don’t tour more widely and believe me, we share that disappointment. You’re probably bored of me repeating some variation of “we have day-jobs and families” as an explanation, so I thought I could add some additional context by providing a financial breakdown of what it cost to make our trip to Ireland. So as not to derail this newsletter entirely, I’ve published the information over at our website. Maybe it’s a little dry, but I’d love for you to give it a read if you’re intrigued about the realities of what it takes to operate a band like ours. Let us know what you think in the comments.
Holly from Goat Girl wrote this really kind piece about her experience of playing a show with us (and more generally being a long-time LC! fan).
We have a Bluesky account now. It’s pretty miserable over there (in a different way to Twitter), but might be less so if we had more people to interact with!
Reminder that the new 0898 HEARTACHE and Long Throes shirt designs are now available on our US store, as is Hold On Now, Youngster… and Romance Is Boring vinyl!
With love,
LC! x
Very cool writeup of the Dublin finances. Have you considered putting up a link for people that want to pledge support for the band to defray some of those expenses and make it even more worthwhile? I'm sure some of us would gladly pay a higher ticket price, though I understand why you would want to keep those lower. Maybe something like a Patreon?
See you all in Brooklyn!
As a logistics fanatic myself, the numbers were an absolute joy to read, cheers!
